Staff presented petition 26JA-14-160 for 5400 Bridal Jamestown Road (general agriculture, ~11.76 acres) requesting a variance for a single accessory structure exceeding 3,000 square feet and to allow cumulative accessory area above 4,000 square feet for an 88-by-48-foot barn. TAC noted required clearances from septic and well, drainage and driveway permits, and a building permit. Staff recommended approval with two conditions: limiting cumulative accessory area to 4,300 square feet unless another variance is obtained and recording a use affidavit restricting the structure to personal or farm uses.
Scott Hopper confirmed his name and address and had no additional comments. The board moved and approved the petition on voice vote; the conditions discussed with TAC will be documented and enforced through permitting.
