Commission approves R-3 rezoning on North Taylor Street to allow multifamily development

A commissioner commented that the project would help address a local need for multifamily housing: "This is another good project to get some multifamily housing in our community, which we need," the chair said during discussion. The motion to approve the ordinance was moved and seconded and carried on a voice vote with no additional conditions documented at the meeting.
