The board pressed staff on how the district ensures CCRs occur as required; presenters pointed to site-level assessments and the district’s expectation that counselors prioritize CCRs. "There should there should be no reason that a parent can't schedule a CCR," Stacy Lindsey said, adding staff will follow up with school administrators when parents report access problems.
