Chamber reports "Coolers and Concerts" bookings; executive director to discuss agreement with DDA

At the May 19 meeting Adam Elenbaas provided the Downtown Development Authority with updates on the Chamber's summer outreach and event plans. He said bands and food vendors for the Coolers and Concerts series have been booked and advertising is planned in the Announcer, on social media, and through upcoming billboard placements.
The Chamber intends to produce recap articles after events including the concert series and the Fall Festival, and noted enhancement grant completions as topics for recaps. The minutes record that the Chamber Executive Director will attend the next DDA meeting to discuss the agreement between the Chamber and the DDA; that discussion was set as an agenda item for the July meeting.
