The town highway official reported a multi-day milling and paving sequence for residential roads in Farmington. The team plans to mill Stonefield Estate, Chelsea Place and sections of Colette Road July 27–29 (two-day target per location), then pave the streets during the weeks of Aug. 3–6 and Aug. 10–13. Work on Colette Road from County Road 8 to 28 is also scheduled.
The official said crews will attempt to complete each location in two days and asked for public patience while work is scheduled; timing is tentative and depends on coordination and weather. The board heard the schedule during the open-discussion portion of its July 20 meeting and accepted the highway update as part of town operations planning.
