Resident raises flood concerns related to Lubin project; staff lists upcoming development hearings

During public comment, L. James Watters III of W. Earlier in the meeting, staff updated the Board on several development items: Lubin Studios continued to 7/22 before the Zoning Hearing Board; townhome developments at Potts Avenue & W. Main Street and at 2441 Blvd. of the Generals are scheduled for staff review June 17; and a proposed phased plan to add six soccer fields while keeping nine golf holes at Westover Country Club will come before staff on June 17.
