Board approves truck sales, authorizes pedestrian crossing bid and schedules counsel for zoning hearings

At its April 14 meeting the Board approved sale of two 2013 International TerraStar dump trucks for $16,101 and $16,151, authorized advertising bids for a pedestrian crossing project on Boulevard of the Generals, and approved sending counsel to the Zoning Hearing Board for a Toll Mid-Atlantic LP application.
During new business the Board approved several administrative actions. By unanimous vote the Board authorized sale of two 2013 International TerraStar dump trucks on Municibid for $16,101.00 and $16,151.00. The Board also authorized staff to advertise bidding for a pedestrian crossing project on Boulevard of the Generals.
Separately, the Board agreed to send counsel to the Zoning Hearing Board for Toll Mid-Atlantic LP's application (Zoning Hearing No. 930). These actions were recorded in the meeting minutes as unanimous votes; no dissent or abstentions were recorded.
