Manager Jason M. Bobst told trustees the Board will consider several items at its next meeting: Ordinance No. 2026-784 regarding snow removal; Ordinance No. 2026-786 amending height regulation in the PA District to conform with new FEMA regulations; an amendment described in the minutes as Ordinance No. 2026-784 re: amending the HRC ordinance; an Approval and Stipulation of Order for a tax assessment appeal at 2570 Blvd. of Generals; and awarding a bid for Pedestrian Crossing Improvements at Blvd. of Generals to the low bidder, Albert G. Cipolloni, Jr. & Sons, Inc., in the total amount of $80,518.29. Mr. Bobst requested consideration of using the additional ~$80,000 from a grant award for additional improvements.
The agenda will also include a resolution to appoint residents to boards and commissions (Resolution #26-1752) and consideration of the 2026 road paving project bid. Trustees did not take those actions at the work session; they were previewed for the next formal Board meeting.
