The Township Council confirmed the mayoral appointment of Kathryn Weber as the Township of Mahwah Tax Collector for a four-year term from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2030. The resolution (Res. #246-26) also designates Weber as the municipal liens-search official pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-11.
The clerk certified the resolution was adopted at the July 6 meeting and directed that a copy be kept on file and forwarded to the Business Administrator and other appropriate officials. The appointment was included in the consent agenda and adopted as recorded in the minutes.
