Mahwah board approves bills and minutes, adjourns June 17 meeting
Summary

At the start of the June 17 meeting the Board approved attendance bills for Board Attorney John Conte for the May 6 and May 20, 2026 meetings totaling $500. The motion was made by Mr. Lockwood, seconded by Mr. Kasparian and passed on a 6–0 roll call.
The board also approved minutes from August 3, 2022; August 17, 2022; and June 3, 2026 after motions and seconding by board members. Later in the meeting a motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Molfetta, seconded by Mr. Taylor, and the meeting adjourned at 10:45 p.m. The minutes prepared by Recording Secretary Michelle Sheydwasser will be presented for approval at the Board's July 22, 2026 regular meeting.
