At the May 4 meeting the Lisbon City Council approved gaming permits, multiple building permits and the bills register. The auditor’s office had approved gaming permits including St Aloysius Youth 50/50 Raffle (May 13, 2026) and CHI Lisbon Health Calendar Raffle (Aug 10–29, 2026); the code administrator approved building permits for projects including HVAC upgrades at Lisbon Public Schools and a new home and garage at 408 10 Ave E.
The council also approved the bills as presented. The bills listing includes multiple vendor lines and amounts (examples recorded in the minutes include a Moore Engineering entry for $152,464.94, BankNorth $580,861.66 and a $1,000,000 listing to American Bank and Trust). The meeting adjourned at 8:40 p.m.; the minutes were attested by Mayor Tim Meyer and Auditor Kristina L. Dick.
