Staff said capital submissions to appear in the town meeting books will be needed shortly after Labor Day in order to meet an anticipated October town meeting date (noted in discussion as likely October 19). The consultant team said they will continue to refine the development budget by converting the construction number to a full budget once the design-development items are locked.
