Budget Officer Arthur O'Hare told the Board that the Budget Committee had approved the proposed district budget on June 4, publication requirements had been satisfied and the required public hearing was held on June 17.
No public testimony was heard at the County's June 24 hearing on the Law Enforcement Service District budget. Commissioner Richardson moved the resolution, Commissioner Martin seconded, and the Board approved the measure by roll call, 3-0.
