"The other hesitation where we haven't pushed it super hard as an official park is there's no utilities on-site," a staff member said.
Members noted plans to clear underbrush ahead of a designer's site visit in September to plan a disc golf course and other passive recreation, and discussed road conditions and potholes affecting access. Separately, an exercise park grant was noted as awarded but with work deferred until after the next fiscal year starts July 1.
