AGNC representative says $6 million regional energy-hub grant was submitted; federal funds remain on hold

He also warned about late proposed state legislation that would accelerate emissions deadlines and could restrict technology choices for meeting targets: "If it's introduced, it's the 2nd breach of contract from the governor's handshake agreement last year," he said, urging regional stakeholders to coordinate a response. Matt encouraged councilors to review an executive order issued the same day and to stay engaged with AGNC's mini-grant opportunities and regional partnership efforts.
