Rangely advancing Dark Sky application; mentor to visit in April

She described the designation as a tourism asset that requires a detailed application and follow-through: "My mentor is coming here in, April...he's gonna finish up our lighting inventory. So, hopefully, we'll get to meet everybody," she said.
Jeanie said the town has up to 10 years to meet all guidelines and that Moonlite (a named local partner) has committed to do some work to help the town reach the designation. Councilmembers responded positively and thanked Jeanie for compiling readings around town to support the application.
