Humboldt board recommends rezoning of Jarding Addition parcel to industrial

At the Aug. 28 meeting ANCO Holdings requested rezoning of property west of James St., legally described as Lot 2, Block 2, Jarding Addition to the City of Humboldt, from A‑1 (Agriculture) to I‑1 (Industrial). Mike Young provided preliminary drawings of proposed use and site plans during the public hearing.
Following discussion, the board (motion by Brady Gaddis, second by Chairman Dave Froke) voted unanimously to recommend approval of the rezoning to the City Board. The recommendation and submitted preliminary drawings will be part of the City Board’s review process.
