Planning and Zoning board recommends approval of St. Ann’s Cemetery Addition plat

At its Jan. 22 meeting the Humboldt Planning and Zoning Board unanimously recommended approval of the plat for Lots 1–5 of the St. Ann’s Cemetery Addition and authorized the plat to be signed.
The Humboldt Planning and Zoning Board on Jan. 22 voted unanimously to recommend approval of the Plat of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the St. Ann’s Cemetery Addition. Board member Kristi Gambs moved and Mike Lias seconded the motion; roll call recorded all members present voting aye.
"A motion was made by Gambs and seconded by Lias to recommend approval of the plat and have the plat signed," the minutes state. The board did not record any objections during the public hearing and the motion carried. The action authorizes the town to proceed with signing the plat as recommended by the board.
