New Humboldt economic development group offers help on future land-use map

At the Humboldt Planning and Zoning Board meeting on Dec. 18, 2023, Ladd McClusky introduced himself as a member of the newly formed Humboldt Economic Development Corporation and said the corporation is interested in helping with the board’s future land use map work with SECOG.
The introduction occurred during the meeting’s open public discussion; there was no motion or vote tied to the offer. The board continues to work on its comprehensive plan and noted the EDC’s willingness to participate. The next Planning and Zoning meeting is scheduled for Jan. 22, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Humboldt Community Center.
