The Chair confirmed the next Treasury Investment Board meeting will be held on "October 22" and said the panel would decide whether to hold future meetings mid-cycle or after council meetings depending on whether an executive session is expected. "October 22 is gonna be our next meeting," the Chair said.
The Clerk asked whether the Treasury meeting should be scheduled in the middle of the month or after the council meeting so members would not have to stay for potential executive sessions. The Chair and Clerk agreed to "play it by ear" and for the Clerk to call members when setting the agenda to confirm timing. No formal schedule change vote was taken.
