Mayor (speaker S1) told the council the city received a $35,000 staffing grant and that the contract differs from last year: it requires a schedule of hours to be reported and entered into the city computer system on a monthly basis rather than quarterly.
"It has a schedule of the hours of when they have to be reported, and they have to be entered into the computer," the Mayor said. City staff will provide council members a copy of the contract and noted additional compliance requirements that will affect program administration.
Council did not vote on the grant acceptance during the meeting because staff presented it as an informational item; members requested the contract language be circulated for review before further action.
