Humboldt P&Z approves agenda, hears public items and adjourns after 15 minutes

At a Nov. 13, 2023 special session at the Humboldt Community Center, the Planning and Zoning Board approved the meeting agenda, conducted a public hearing on Siemonsma replat and variances, approved the items unanimously, and adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
The Humboldt Planning and Zoning Board convened a special meeting on Nov. 13, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Humboldt Community Center. Chairman Dave Froke called the meeting to order, and the board approved the special meeting agenda on a motion by Froke and a second from Kristi Gambs; the roll call vote was unanimous.
During a public hearing the board considered variance requests and the replat of Siemonsma 2nd Addition. The board approved the variances (0.5-foot reductions to front setbacks) and approved the replat; both motions passed unanimously. With no further business the board adjourned at 6:15 p.m. A Finance Officer attestation by Kristie Ellis appears on the minutes.
