Humboldt board approves replat of Siemonsma 2nd Addition

The Humboldt Planning and Zoning Board approved the replat of Siemonsma 2nd Addition to the Town of Humboldt at a special meeting on Nov. 13, 2023. Member Brad Gibbens moved to approve the replat and member Mike Noonan seconded; the motion carried on a unanimous roll call vote.
The replat consideration was heard during a public hearing that also included variance requests for adjacent lots on S Annway St. The minutes list property owners Monie and Heath Siemonsma and several other residents among those present but do not record further debate or conditions attached to the replat approval. The board took final action during the same meeting that approved related variances.
