The Humboldt City Board approved purchasing land from Jarding for $20,000 to add parking for the baseball season (motion by Theresa Muth, second by Julien Gambs). The transaction was approved by unanimous roll call.
Separately, the board announced that Trunk or Treat will not be held at the community center this year because of a wedding booking; the event is scheduled to take place at Pressler Park and the public is invited to participate. No additional funding for the event was recorded in the minutes.
