Humboldt board approves dust-control work, manhole repairs and a storage-container donation

A $7,400.00 quote for a skid steer was noted in the minutes but recorded as "No action was taken" during the meeting. The minutes do not specify vendors for the approved contracts or state whether bids were solicited.
