At the June 9 meeting, attendee Dave Derschen asked the Humboldt City Board to waive the $50 fee for a temporary malt beverage license for Party in the Park. President Ritchy Griepp moved to waive the fee and Amber Bailey-Froke seconded.
The motion carried on roll call with Theresa Muth voting nay and Kelly O’Gorman abstaining; the remaining board members voted aye. The board also discussed fireworks plans for Main Street Days and passed Resolution R-06-09-2025 related to contingency amounts that were discussed in the same segment of the meeting.
