Supervisors approve minutes, bills, payroll and several maintenance measures

The Board of Supervisors opened the meeting, approved the July 8 and July 15 minutes and voted to accept bills presented for both weeks. Chair (Speaker 1) read line-item totals including general fund amounts ($9,436.08 on July 8 and $11,009.71 on July 15) and moved the bills for approval; the motion passed by voice vote.
The board also accepted payroll for 07/08/2026 after Chair presented totals (gross wages $26,006.65; federal tax liability $1,006.79; state tax liability $8.18; net wages $21,004.62). During new business the board adopted a resolution to extend the board's public-participation policy to township boards, commissions and committees (resolution number 07222026). "I'm gonna make a motion to approve the resolution on the public speaking policy resolution number 07222026," Chair said before the vote; the motion carried.
