PHNID advisory council lacks quorum; Chair Strayhorn's term ends June 30 and seven seats are vacant

The meeting record states the call to order occurred without quorum and the minutes remained unapproved during the session.
Tamara Johnson announced that Chair Michael Strayhorn’s term formally ends on June 30, 2026; Strayhorn agreed to lead the August meeting. Johnson said seven council seats are vacant and that a mailer to businesses within PHNID boundaries will be sent next week to solicit applicants. Attendees were also reminded that recent redistricting will change the composition of the board.
The advisory council set its next meeting for August 5, 2026. No appointments or formal votes were recorded at the June 3 meeting because of lack of quorum.
