Historic preservation group says five AutoCast entries ready, seeks QR code and webpage link

The La Porte Historic Preservation Commission heard that five AutoCast audio entries covering downtown historic sites are complete and have been submitted for publication. "We finally have the 1st 5 done," said the committee member who led the AutoCast work, and commissioners played a sample narration of the courthouse entry to confirm tone and length.
Commissioners discussed practical steps to make the content accessible, including printing a poster with a QR code and placing a link on the HPC subpage of the city's community development planning website to prompt app downloads. David Heinold, the city planner, said he can help with webpage updates and invoicing: "If you give me all of the people that are on the list, we can set up invoicing for everyone, and then they can pay online," he said. The group asked Mitchell Espinosa to follow up with AutoCast about generating the QR code and the chair volunteered to handle printing.
