Council officially names McCain parcel 'Little Daisy Open Space'; staff to plan signage and communications

Council also discussed whether to change the access road name; staff said road naming follows Summit County standards, cannot duplicate existing county names, and is a separate process. Staff offered to return with options for the council to consider at a later meeting.
