The consent agenda included minutes; cemetery deeds; a secondhand dealer license for Sportsman's Warehouse; the 2026 Emergency Insect Management Grant agreement; a temporary construction easement for the Westside West Laramie Trail project; a resolution appointing one member to the Albany County Tourism Board; and a letter of support for the Coalition Against Bigger Trucks.
Beyond the consent agenda, council votes recorded during the meeting included: Amendment No. 1 to TriHydro Corporation's professional services agreement (approved 9-0); the award of the Snowy Range waterline replacement contract and Resolution 2026-48 amending 2026 appropriations (approved 8-0 for the waterline item); a Motorola Solutions contract for a next-generation cloud call handling system and related digital evidence platform (approved 9-0); an MOU with WyoTech for a School Resource Officer (approved 9-0); and a furniture purchase for the City Hall annex through Omnia Partners with Beck Total Office Interiors (approved 9-0).
