Council approves two lot-line adjustments recommended by Planning Commission

The council also approved a lot-line adjustment for Florian Schleiff at 170 Preston Blvd. to permit a new driveway; the updated survey and a survey showing sewer access had been submitted to the City. Both motions were approved on the Planning Commission's recommendation with five votes in favor and one absence.
