The board confirmed attendance and approved the minutes of the April 22, 2026 meeting on a motion by Valerie Ingersoll, seconded by Donald Sanders, Jr.; the motion passed unanimously (ALL AYES).
After addressing the LINMUR LLC boundary line adjustment application and recording corrections to the paperwork, the board moved to adjourn. Member Valerie Ingersoll moved to adjourn, Dolores Cogan seconded, and the meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m. The clerk later signed the minutes on July 23, 2026.
