Prairie County commissioners approve minutes, Weed Board bylaws and a library board appointment

The meeting included additional administrative matters—review of Great West Engineering invoices and Keltner's agreement to sign an extension for that firm—and adjourned twice (midday and for the final adjournment at 4:55 p.m.).
