Finance staff presented general-fund uses and funding sources earlier in the meeting, explaining that plan implementation is supported primarily by debt proceeds paid with tax-increment financing (TIF), interest earnings, transfers from the debt service fund and occasional grants. The presenter noted a revolving line of credit originally established at $1,000,000 that had been paid down to $451,000 at the end of the last fiscal year.
Kelly Geier moved the motion to approve the fund and a member seconded; the committee approved the general fund as presented. The committee proceeded to consider the debt service fund and other budget items following the vote.
