Lindsay swears in new public-safety sergeant Andrew Martinez

Mayor Paul Dansori and council members welcomed Martinez and noted his experience as a lateral hire to the Lindsay Department of Public Safety. Council members said the department benefits from hires familiar with local streets and operations; Martinez said he was "very thrilled to be back" after several years away and thanked the council for the opportunity to serve.
