Soufagon described Holloway's program offerings—arts, agriculture, business, fashion design and interior design—and dual-enrollment partnerships with Motlow State Community College, MTSU and TCAT. She invited families to a back-to-school bash on Aug. 1 (noon–3 p.m.) offering free backpacks, food boxes and activities; staff and volunteers will be on site to answer application questions.
Board members asked about transportation; Soufagon said the school is a choice school and parents typically provide transportation except for four buses originating from Smyrna and La Vergne. Trustees encouraged continued outreach and praised a student-produced promotional video that the communications team will distribute.
