Executive session closed; Durango council lists attendees including city manager and municipal judge

"The time is now 05:23PM, and the executive session has been concluded," said the meeting presiding speaker as the council returned to the public record. The clerk then read the list of participants who were present in the executive session: Dave Woodruff; a councilor whose name is spelled inconsistently in the transcript; Gilda Yazzie; Shirley Gonzalez; city manager Jose Mandrigel; city attorney Mark Morgan; and municipal judge Beth Padilla.
The clerk asked for any participant who believed the executive session had strayed beyond the stated motion or that improper action occurred to state their concerns for the record; none were raised. The public-record portion of the meeting shows no on-the-record disciplinary action or vote following the closed session.
