Town Clerk Linda Blakslee reported multiple administrative items at the Feb. 4 Selectboard meeting: 616 postcards were mailed to remind residents to register dogs; 29 dogs had been registered plus two new registrations; ballots have been ordered for the March 4, 2025 town election; and a School Budget presentation is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 10 at Concord School at 6:00 p.m.
Blakslee told the board she had the locking mechanisms on two vaults cleaned and recalibrated. The minutes state that payment for that work will come from either remaining Elections Grant funds or the Preservation Fund (the minutes use the phrase "reminding money," which we have interpreted and clarified here as "remaining funds"). The board accepted these administrative updates without recorded objection.
