CDD to re-inspect tree dispute near Rolling Hills Loop; ESF vegetation removal underway at NWRA 33

The board discussed an operations matter involving a partially dead oak tree reported behind 18906 Rolling Hills Loop. Chair Kathleen Lonergan said the tree was reported and District Engineer Kurt Heath's initial inspection "concluded that the tree is not the CDD’s responsibility, as his inspection found that the partially dead oak tree is actually on another resident’s property behind 11906 Heritage Pointe Drive, and not near any CDD-owned easements." Mr. Heath will perform a follow-up inspection to confirm the property boundary and tree condition.
Separately, the action-item list records that the Environmental Solutions Florida, Inc. (ESF) contract for cleanup on NWRA 33 by Rolling Hills Loop was executed and that vegetation removal is underway. The board directed Mr. Heath to inspect the area and coordinate any necessary repairs. During staff reports Mr. Heath also listed other maintenance work completed recently, including drainage inlet repairs and a repaired concrete curb on Fair Way Drive.
