Heritage Pines CDD adopts officer slate; Janice Benedetti removed from assistant secretary role

The Heritage Pines Community Development District Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 2025-01 during its Dec. 10, 2024 regular meeting, electing and removing district officers.
District Manager Chuck Adams presented the resolution. Michael Walsh nominated the slate: Kathleen Lonergan as Chair and Arthur Rhodes as Vice Chair; Michael Walsh, Carol Vaughan and Stephen Putman were nominated as Assistant Secretaries. The resolution removes Janice Benedetti from the Board’s Assistant Secretary roster and left certain prior appointments in place, including Craig Wrathell as Secretary and Treasurer and Chuck Adams as Assistant Secretary.
On a motion by Michael Walsh, seconded by Carol Vaughan, the resolution was adopted “with all in favor.” The five supervisors present at roll call (Lonergan, Vaughan, Rhodes, Walsh and Putman) voted yes on the motion.
The action reestablishes the board’s operating roster ahead of the district’s next regular meeting on Feb. 18, 2025.
