After staff presentation and public comment the commission voted 6-0 to recommend City Council approve the development's preliminary plat and later voted 6-0 to recommend approval of the final plat.
The motions recorded in the minutes show the preliminary-plat recommendation was made by Member Brian Foutch and seconded by Member Greg Sunde; the final-plat recommendation was moved by Chairman Larry Bottger and seconded by Member Jim Tomanek. The minutes list Members Anderson, Bottger, Burke, Foutch, Sunde and Tomanek as voting YES on both recommendations, with Members Conrey, Lowry and Mayer absent.
