At the close of the meeting Tova confirmed next steps: staff will distribute a packet of materials in advance of next month's CIAC meeting, present the first full iteration of the quarterly major-project report and follow up with the director to draft a letter and proposal for legislative chairs. "I will follow-up with the director on, a a a letter and proposal to the legislature about that report and the approach," she said.
Committee members recommended directly testing the proposed report outline with legislative chairs and ways-and-means subcommittee leads before finalizing formats and measurements. Patrick (listening participant) suggested floating an outline to committee chairs to ensure the report meets their information needs ahead of formal presentation.
