Richland 2 lays out 'Vision 2028' goal: 90% graduation and college- and career-readiness target

"We have cast a vision that we call Vision 2028. So in 2028, our goal is to reach by 2028 what we call 9090, and that is a 90% graduation rate and 90 percent of our students college and career ready as certified by the state," she said.
Moore said Vision 2028 includes work to meet diverse student needs, including special education services, and will be paired with multi-year budgeting and forecasting so the district can assess the long-term impact of decisions on student outcomes.
