Council approves consent agenda, reappoints Bill Moss and OKs $244,490 appropriations ordinance

Mayor announced the city’s expenditures for July 1 through July 14 and said, “The expenditures amount to $244,490.” The council then approved Appropriations Ordinance No. 26-13 by voice vote. The motions related to the consent agenda and the appropriations ordinance each passed by a 5–0 vote.
The approvals will allow staff to finalize administrative steps tied to the reappointment and to process the recorded expenditures.
