Bartender license approved for Destiny Lars after committee review

The chair said the bartender license should be available on Wednesday following council processing.
The committee emphasized that it reviews applicant records and asks follow-up questions when prior offenses are on file. In this case, supportive testimony from the employer and an explanation from the applicant were part of the committee's rationale for approval.
