Consultant Steve told the committee Site 2 is adjacent to an existing effluent force main and that roughly 2,730 acres could be eligible to request sewer service if the city selects that location. "There's about 2,730 acres of land that would have the right to request service from the city of Lebanon," he said during the packet review.
Steve said Site 2 would require approximately 14,000 feet of new electric transmission to bring three-phase power to the property and similar extensions for water and gas. He estimated roughly $1,000,000 in pipeline work to convey flow onto and back from the property but cautioned no geotechnical data was available yet and noted the potential presence of sinkholes that would require further investigation before proceeding. Committee members raised access and county-road improvement concerns for Mann/Manors and Berea Church roads; Steve said many county roads are the minimum 24-foot width and could trigger county-required upgrades.
