Sean Hegyi of the Southeastern Council of Governments (SECOG) was not present at the Oct. 23 Humboldt Planning and Zoning meeting because he was on vacation. The board recorded that he will appear at the Nov. 27, 2023 meeting to continue updates on the Comprehensive Plan.
The board listed the Comprehensive Plan and 'Shouse guidelines' among the items for the Nov. 27 agenda. No substantive updates or draft text from SECOG were presented on Oct. 23; the matter is continued to the next scheduled meeting at 6:00 p.m. at the Humboldt Community Center.
