Humboldt Planning and Zoning board approves agenda, minutes and moves December meeting date

At its Nov. 27, 2023 meeting the Humboldt Planning and Zoning Board approved the meeting agenda and prior minutes, voted to move the December meeting from Dec. 25 to Dec. 18 at 6:00 p.m., and deferred new regulations to a future session.
The Humboldt Planning and Zoning Board convened on Nov. 27, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Humboldt Community Center. Chairman Dave Froke called the meeting to order and the board conducted roll call listing members Dave Froke, Kristi Gambs, Mike Lias, Brad Gibbens and Mike Noonan and others present.
Member Kristi Gambs moved, and Member Mike Noonan seconded, to add a December meeting date change to the agenda and approve the Nov. 27 agenda; the roll call vote was unanimous and the motion carried. Later in the meeting Chairman Froke moved, and Member Lias seconded, to approve the minutes of Oct. 23 and Nov. 13, 2023; that motion also passed on a unanimous roll call.
During new business the board voted to change its regularly scheduled December meeting date from December 25 to December 18 at 6:00 p.m.; the motion was made by Chairman Dave Froke, seconded by Member Brad Gibbens, and passed with all members voting aye. The meeting adjourned at 6:48 p.m. following a motion by Chairman Froke and a second from Member Gambs.
Next steps: the board confirmed the rescheduled December meeting (Dec. 18, 2023, 6:00 p.m., Humboldt Community Center) and listed the Comprehensive Plan as an item for the next meeting.
