Chairman Dave Froke moved and Mike Noonan seconded approval of the March 28, 2024 meeting minutes; the board again voted 4–0. The board set its next scheduled meeting for June 24, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. and adjourned at 6:07 p.m. following a motion by Froke seconded by Lias.
